SUN DRIED SHRIMP

My late mother loved using dried shrimp as an ingredient in her cooking.  She says it makes the dish tastier.  Dried shrimp are shrimp that have been sun dried and shrunk to a thumbnail size.
Like most Chinese housewives, she does not use weights and measures but does things by a handful of this and a pinch of that.
