FATTY FOOD BE GONE. SALADS ONLY FOR ME



For the past week or so, I have been been overindulging in food that I like.  Stepping on the weighing scale, confirmed my suspicion that indeed I have gained a few kilogrammes.  Arrrggghhhh!!!  No more fatty food for me.  I will be a good girl this week and eat my salads.
See I have dutifully prepared the salad and dressing for this morning.
