Be mindful where you place your mirrors as home as they may bring untold misery to you and your loved ones. Want to know more? Then read the article by Feng Shui Master Lee Cheng Hoe below.

Don’t put mirrors anywhere you like in your house.

From my experience, there is an increase trend of divorce cases and marriage problem in this generation and I personally feel it is related to the modern interior design of houses. Do you notice that there is increase number of wet kitchen and dry kitchen? People tend to put stoves in both kitchens separately. Do you know it should be avoided?

Also, the mirror is an important tool in new interior design concept and it creates elegant look for a house. However, the mirror is in fact a very sensitive item in feng shui.

Nevertheless, the reflective surface of the material that makes the door of the wardrobe in the bedroom also should be avoided.

In my book, HOW TO ENJOY YOUR LIFE WITH GOOD FENG SHUI? page 114 to 120, I said:-
If you are wondering where to place the mirror, the best place is at the dining room. The mirror is a very sensitive item in Feng Shui; there are in fact a lot of places that you should not place a mirror. A mirror could be placed in the dining room as it will reflect the food on the dining table and the mirrored image doubles up the food. A mirror should not be placed facing the main door as the ‘qi’ entering the house will be reflected out by the mirror.

· As the stove represents the lady master, there should not be two stoves in the kitchen. Otherwise, there will be two lady masters!

· Never place a mirror reflecting the stove as the mirrored image of the stove shows that there will be another lady master!

· No mirror should be facing the bed; as the reflection of the bed shows that there will be a 3rd party coming into the marriage of the couple.
