During lunch time I noticed that the branches of a conifer tree behind the Herb Garden had snapped and was hanging precariously on to the trunk of the tree. At around 3.30 p.m, I heard a loud crackling sound and rushed out of the library to have a look. More branches had fallen. What was worse was that some of the big branches had fallen on to the next tree and this has caused the branches of the tree across it to break as well. The branches are on top of the gazebo and might fall on to the herbs. Someone suggested I ask my boys to help move the pots of herbs but then I said I was not going to as the situation was rather dangerous. I'd rather risk losing the plants than to have anyone of my boys injured.
