In Hokkien, this is called Char Tao Kuey. In Cantonese, it is Lor Bak Koe. Now this is typical Chinese hawker fare that can be found in most pasar malams or day markets in Malaysia.
The one above was from a pasar malam in Ipoh. Personally I like the one that I usually buy from the market in Kampung Koh. But then it is a matter of preference.
