Yesterday afternoon I went for a Tui Na session for my sprained arm with Uncle Cheong. After the massage he applied a herbal poultice on the affected part for me. When Lai Yoong came and picked me up for dinner in the evening she noticed that I I was scratching my arm and also the area surrounding it was reddish. So she helped me tonremove the poultice. We saw that red welts had formed. I had an allergic reaction to something in the poultice and it was most probably alcohol. The good news is that my arm does not hurt anymore and my hands no longer feel numb.
