Behold the Thai style prawn fried rice that I had for dinner a few nights ago at Black Canyon restaurant. This was the second time I had ordered the dish. I liked it the first time but then this time around, the fried rice did not taste as good as the previous time. Either the cook is inconsistent or it may be a different cook.
