CRAVING FOR UBI REBUS AND SAMBAL IKAN BILIS


Ever since Kamariah introduced Ubi Rebus with Sambal Ikan bilis (Steamed Tapioc with Anchovies Sambal) to me a few years back, I have taken a great liking to this Malay dish.  Actually I like eating it with the sambal and also the grated coconut.  Sometimes I'd stop by at the stall after work and eat it while watching TV.
