YIN YEONG FRIED VEGETABLES 駌鴦炒菜

This is the Yin Yeong Fried Vegetables that Lai Yoong and I ordered.  We guessed it is called Yin Yeong because the vegetables at the bottom were light coloured and were scalded while the top ones which were darker were deep fried.
