As a new year approaches, the market will again be flooded with books on astrology and Feng Shui. From my point of view, quite a number of books that are written would sort of 'encourage' people to buy products from their company for remedies or as activators. Furthermore, some of the English versions of astrology books by Chinese Feng Shui masters are badly translated. So reading them becomes a chore. One needs to be selective when buying such books as reference for the coming year.
Last weekend, I bought the Chinese Astrology Book for 2014 by Joey Yap. Now this particular writer has a good command of the language and one can feel assured that he is not going to ask you to buy this or that to ward off bad luck or to induce good luck.
