I WANT TO MAKE THIS BUT HAVE TO THINK OF GETTING FUNDS FIRST

I saw how these flower pots were arranged on a tier-like cake formed by bricks.  Now, this is one idea that I will try and use for the herb garden.  Now the problem is getting the funds to buy the bricks.  Hmm ... maybe I'll organise a food sale.
