HOLY MOLY! THESE RAINBOW MOUNTAINS ARE REAL

What appears to be a surreal dream scene from a movie is actually real.  This technicolour mountain formation actually exists in China. The mountains are part of the Zhangye Danxia Landform Geological Park in China. Layers of different colored sandstone and minerals were pressed together over 24 million years and then buckled up by tectonic plates.  To read more click HERE, HERE and HERE.
