RED WINE MISUA



During the 3 day Malaysian Cultural Festival at Indera Mulia Stadium, there were a number of booths selling traditional food that belonged to different ethnic groups.  The Hainanese sold their famous Chicken rice.  The specialty from the Sitiawan group was Red Wine Misua.  Now this is a dish that is really of Foochow or Hock Chiew origin..
