SALMON PORRIDGE


Salmon is high up on my list of favourite fish.  I simply love eating it whichever way it is cooked.  When I heard that one benefit that salmon provides is that it helps fight cholesterol, I made sure that I have it in my diet at least once a week.
I usually make salmon porridge as it is easy to cook and doesn't mess up my kitchen too much.  What I do is steam the salmon first by adding ginger, soy sauce and olive oil, then add it to the porridge complete with the tasty sauce.
