The packets of rice and noodles above were donated by worshippers to the Jade Emperor Temple in Tambun. From what I know, the sifu at the temple will send some of the packets of rice and noodles to Welfare Homes in Ipoh. The rest will be cooked by volunteers and served to worshippers during festivals.
