My late friend Mr Charlie Wong loved eating Fish Head Curry and whenever he invited me for a meal a the Oasis Restaurant in Sitiawan, he would order it. I don't really how to pinpoint it but the curry there is extra creamy and so good that we usually put it into soup bowls and drink it up.
