SALMON

My acupuncturist Rose advised me to eat salmon as she says that this type of fish is good for drawing out cholesterol.  You know me, once I heard her say it, I quickly went and bought myself a few blocks of salmon.
Why salmon? Salmon can be greatly beneficial in lowering cholesterol levels, because it has heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce internal inflammation and support overall cardiovascular health.
