MIND YOUR BACK, DANIEL

In the pictures above you can see my friend Daniel and two more colleagues moving a heavy piece of furniture all the way from the office to another building and then lifting it up two flight of stairs into a room.  Now he has to be mindful of his back as he had injured it before.  His friend and  and neighbour here already sprained hers while doing gardening last week.
Daniel had a very trying time the past few days.  On Friday morning his mum was admitted to the hospital because she was shiwing symptoms of a heart attack.  Later in the day he gad a call from his ex-wife saying that she and his 6 year daughter were involved in an acccident.  A lorry slammed into their car.  The girl had to have 9 stitches on her forehead.  So my friend really has to take care of himself in order to be there for his family.
