There was a Flower Carnival at the Ipoh Riverfront Walk for a week during the run up to the Chinese New Year. However by the time I had the time to check out the place with Sharveen on the second day of the new year, I found that there were not that many stalls. Perhaps there were other stalls the week before but then I can't be certain. Anyway, I did enjoy looking at the new year flowers.
