DIFFERENT TYPES OF ANCHOVIES

Kamariah had asked me to go to the market buy the anchovies as ingredients for the nasi lemak that she was going to make as she had something to do.  When I went to the stall at the market, I did not know which one to choose as the anchovies were priced differently. When I told the shopkeeper, I wanted them to make nasi lemak, she recommended one type to me but when I gave them to Kamariah, she said that those were for making sambal ikan bilis and not for frying.  She wanted those that when fried became crunchy.
