SALMON


I acquired a taste for Salmon thanks to my late Aunt May.  She was the one who introduced this fish to me. The way she cooked it was to grill it with a bit of olive oil.  She said it is healthier that way.  For indeed eating Salmon has health benefits.  They range from strengthening your muscles and heart to reducing your chances of developing some diseases. Studies have shown that consumption of the fatty acid rich salmon can help you live longer and be healthier.
