DASHED HOPES

 I had bought this lovely slice of salmon with the intention of grilling it in the Magic Grill Pan (Pemanggang Ajaib) that I bought recently.  My friends who had bought the pan told me that it was a wonderful kitchen gadget and made cooking easy.  With expectations running high, I added a bit of olive oil to the pan, placed the salmon on the pan and switched on my induction cooker.  Then.  Horror of horrors!  The die cast pan did not work with my induction cooker.  Arggghhh!!!
I finally had to use my steel frying pan to get the job done.  Now I need to get a gas cooker in order to use the grill pan.
