I don't know about other places but I have seen cars in Ipoh and Manjung spotting patches of colourful designs. These patches or strips can be on the cover for the petrol tank, the bumper, the side mirrors, etc. Personally, I don't like them as they remind me of patches used to cover parts of clothes that are torn.
