ALAMAK! SUBSTATION BEING BUILT RIGHT IN FRONT OF HOUSE

When I sent Daniel back to his house after he had helped to take pictures of me receiving the check to upgrade the Herb Garden, I saw what appears to be a substation being built right smack in front of his house, about 50 metres or so. Worse still, the substation is built at a corner opposite to the children's playground for the residents.
Now this is bad as far as feng shui is concerned. Why? This is because a house or premise close to a power generator station or substation, utility pole transformer, high tension wires, airport radar or a nuclear power plant creates an electro-magnetic field which when in close proximity to human bodies is highly detrimental. The occupants of such homes will suffer health problems related to the immune, hormonal or nervous systems.  In addition to the electro-magnetic field, substations are places with strong Yang energies and it is not good to live in a place with excessive Yin or Yang energy.  There must be a balance of the two.
So what distance is considered safe and what is not. If a house or premise is situated 100 metres away from an electric power generating substation, then it should be safe enough. As for Daniel's case, the alarm bells should be ringing for him and his immediate neighbours.
For your information, if I were to wake up and find workmen constructing such a structure near my house, I'd call the TV stations.
