Here is a dish called Kurma Ayam or Chicken Korma which was sold at the school canteen today. I don't eat the chicken but take only the potatoes. This dish is very popular in Malaysia. Korma can be made with yoghurt, cream, nut and seed pastes or coconut milk. This dish can be cooked as a vegetarian or a meat dish.
