At most temples, visitors can obtain books about Buddhism and Taoism for free. These books have been sponsored for free distribution. Those who sponsor such books will gain more merits for their good deed.
In the above pictures, you can see some of the religious books placed on a table at the Tai Pak Kong Temple in Pasir Panjang. Visitors to the temple are free to take any of the books.
