RIPPLE BED TO PREVENT BED SORES

After my mum was discharged from the hospital, the people at the Home where she is staying discovered bed sores on her buttocks.  Now, this wasn't good as it might lead to other complications.  Thankfully, I managed to get a nurse to dress her sores twice a day and also bought a ripple bed for her.
According to the nurse, my mum had Stage 1 pressure ulcers.  I was advised to buy a good one as it would be better for my mum.  The Ripple Bed that I got for her costs RM780 and is vapour permeable, has a water resistant cover and has ventilated bladders thereby reducing skin maceration.  Furthermore, the high-grade medical PVC retards bacterial growth.  Since my mum got the stroke, I am learning more and more things.
