I saw the canteen operator making ketayap manis (Crepe with sweet coconut filling) when I was at the canteen and took the pictures above and below.
The ingredients for the batter include tapioca flour, pandan water, eggs, cooking oil, condensed sweet milk, a bit of salt. This will be made into batter before being heated in a frying pan.
Here is the finished coconut filling. The ingredients include grated coconut, brown sugar, palm sugar, water and pandan leaves.
