Besides Nga Choy Kai or Beansprouts Chicken, Ipoh is also wildly famous for her Kai See Hor Fun which is a combination of chicken and 'hor fun' (flat noodles), a couple of fat juicy prawns are also added to make it even more yummy. The Kai See Hor Fun pictures above are from the Thean Chun Shop in Ipoh Old Town. Thean Chun is located next to Kong Heng Coffee Shop. If you order this speciality, then be prepared to wait for at least 20 minutes to get your order as you need to wait in line.
