DOG AND SHEEP BUILDINGS IN NEW ZEALAND

THE SHEEP BUILDING
THE DOG BUILDING
The Dog and Sheep shaped buildings that you see above can be found in the small town of Tirau in New Zealand. They were built using old, discarded, corrugated iron to create "works of art". The Sheep Building houses a wool and craft store. Housing a wool and craft store the "Sheep" building would be considered a great example of mimetic architecture while The "Dog" building houses the town's Information Center.
