Kueh Teow Goreng Basah or Malay Char Koay Teow is the Malay version of the Chinese Char Keow Teow. The ingredients include thin flat rice noodles (koay teow), beansprouts (taugeh), egg, lots of cockles (kerang) and fresh prawns. As compared to the Chinese version, this is very much more watery and darker.
