SUBDUING THE CHALLENGING ENERGIES OF THE SOUTHEAST IN 2012

Starting from 6.22 p.m. today, the Southeast location of our homes will be afflicted by the  Wu Wang (5 Yellow Star) and Tai Sui (Grand Duke Jupiter). Those of you who know a thing or two about Feng Shui would know that when the Wu Wang and Tai Sui are present, the Energy of the area is very harmful.

In Feng Shui, Wu Wang belongs to the Earth element. We must remember to reduce the presence of Fire, Earth and yang Water here as they will activate and enhance the earth energy of Wu Wang. So, what we can do to subdue the negative effect is to use Feng Shui cures/remedies that belong to the Metal element as it exhausts the energy of earth.

Below are some of the ways that we can employ to subdue or weaken the negative energies.

DO NOT CONFRONT TAI SUI

The rule to remember about Tai Sui is to not sit in the direction facing this deity.  For 2012, do not sit facing Southeast.

DO NOT PLACE WATER ELEMENT IN THE SOUTHEAST
If possible, try not to have any form of water at the 5 Yellow sector, especially moving water which is Yang in nature. The Yang Water will activate Wu Wang by bringing out its evil energy bring with it great misfortune.

AVOID USING THE FIRE ELEMENT 

Do not have anything related to fire energy here as this element is said to boost Wu Wang which is of the Earth element.  Avoid using the colour red and fire energy here.  Keep the lights in this area dimmed.

SALT WATER CURE
One effective remedy is the Salt Water Cure.  

USING METAL ELEMENT
As Wu Wang belongs to the earth element. Metal element cures are used to reduce its earth energy, as metal energy can weaken the earth energy.Place things made of metal in the southeast, example metallic wind chimes, 6 Chinese coins, 6 golden CDs, a metal bell, a metal bowl (better still if it is copper).
It must be pointed out that cure or remedies can only help to reduce the negative impact of the Five Yellow. They only help in reducing or subduing the negative impact and not totally get rid of the negative impact. Make sure to keep all the remedies and cures clean as dirt and dust will decrease their effectiveness. Remember to keep the area clutter free.

If possible, try not to be in this sector for a long duration of time. Also, do not activate this area with loud noise.
