SAMBAL PRAWNS



Ingredients
500g fresh prawn (remove the shell, leave the tail and deveined)
Sambal paste
2 tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
1 cup of water
3 tablespoon of thick coconut milk

How to make it
Clean the prawn.
Heat up the oil and saute the sambal paste.
Add in prawn and fry for one minute.
Add in water and leave it at low fire for few minutes till prawn is cooked.
Add in all other ingredients
