MANTIS PRAWN COOKED KUNG POE STYLE



The dish above does not look to aesthetically pleasing but believe me, it tastes heavenly.  In Cantonese, we call it Kung Poe Lai Liew Ha or Mantis Shrimp meat fried Kung Poe style.
What the cook does is deep fry the mantis shrimp meat first and then fry it with dried chilli, onions, spring onions and sauce. Yummy ...
