Those Chinese and other knowledgeable people who know that the year of the Dragon actually begins on February 4, 2012, will take note of the happenings at 6.40 p.m. or after that. They believe that the happenings at the start of the Dragon year will be a good indication of what would be in store for them for the rest of the year. So if good things happen, then it will be a fantastic year. If not so good things happen, then one may expect it to be a difficult and challenging year ahead.
