HOCK CHIEW MEE SUAH 福州面线



One of the food that people who visit Sitiawan purchase when they visit this town is the Hock Chiew Mee Suah 福州面线 . Mi Sua which originated from Fujian, China is a type of very thin salted noodles made from wheat flour. The locals cook this vermicelli with Red Wine.
