FLORAL DECORATION FROM USED PLASTIC BAGS

Look at the lovely roses above.  They were actually made from recycled plastic bags by one of the teachers in my school for the Creative Creations from Recyclables Competition. See, what beautiful decorative items one can come up with using plastic bags.
