When I visited Haji Hasnin's house on the second day of Hari Raya, I was served Sarawak Layer Cake or Kek Lapis Sarawak. In this Malaysian state, the Kek Lapis is served during special occasions like festivals, birthdays and weddings. Each cake must have more than 2 colours. The one I was served has lots and lots of layers of bright colours.
