I blogged about Daniel receiving a certificate for his blood donation effort yesterday. Actually he was warded at the hospital for a couple of days. He was discharged on Wednesday and had to go back to the hospital for the presentation ceremony.
He was discharged because his appointment for the MRI scan was scheduled only for 8th December, 2011. It seems that the waiting list was very long. If he were to get it done at a private hospital, he'd have to pay a tidy sum. According to Daniel, the date for the scan couldn't be set any earlier because the Ipoh Hospital lab assumed that his condition was not so urgent for an immediate scan.
In the meantime, he has to rely on his Zimmer Frame to go about. Earlier he was using a crutch but then the pain on his back has gotten worse and so he had to use the Zimmer Frame which is pictured above.
