I had read that Coca Cola can be used to clean a toilet bowl. The instruction is to pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the liquid sit for one hour before flushing. It seems that the citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.
I tried it out but found that it was not really that effective. I use Chlorox and it works.

Mr Muscle also can. I sprayed a few times, after a while flushed it off and it worked.
I heard that vinegar also works
