One of my friends, Mr Ding, mentioned to me that he enjoys reading the posts that I do on Feng Shui and those that are related to the Manjung District. However, he says he skips reading those that are related to herbs as this topic does not interest him at all. Unfortunately for him, herbs happen to be my number 4 passion. The first, second and third being Photography, Feng Shui and Blogging. These are things that make me happy and the essence of the Xing Fu blog.
In the above pictures, I was busy sorting out the herbs for herbal baths for a few of my friends. Different baths require different herbs. One was for a young lady with skin problems which means I used the leaves of the Neem, sirih, inai, man-to-man and starfruit. Another was for someone who had a lot of wind in her body and for that I used leaves from the ginger family and also serai wangi. The ingredients I picked for the colleague who had some problems with his bones included a lot of roots, stems and also branches besides the leaves.
Happiness for me is when my friends and colleagues tell me that the herbal baths have done wonders for their health.
