Barely into the third day of the new school term and I was called to be a judge for the NILAM Reading Competition for my zone. I was at the Teacher Activity Centre in Pasir Panjang the whole of yesterday morning judging the representatives from the primary and secondary schools on their comprehension and oral skills.
I have also been told that somewhere in the near future, I will have to attend a workshop to set questions for the reading programme. Aiyoh! So much to do within such limited time. You see, I had to steal some time to make revisions and modifications to my blog on herbs which I have entered for the Educational Blogging Competition. Judging starts somewhere in July.
