MY MUM'S CACTUS BEARING FLOWER

My mum was very excited over two pots of her cactus which were bearing flowers.  The flower of the bigger cactus bloomed on Saturday.  The cactus in the smaller pot bloomed today and luckily I was home to take pictures. 
When my Auntie Linda and I told her that when a cactus bears flowers it is a sign that good luck will come her way since it is very difficult for such plants to flower.  My mum said that she might just go and punt on my late father's car number to see if she will really benefit from it.
