MY LUNCH FOR TODAY

My school is taking this Saturday as a replacement school day for Deepavali.  This means that we would have two days off when this festival comes around later in the year.  There will also be a few more replacement school days for the Hari Raya Puasa holidays later on.
Even after lessons ended for the day, the teachers stayed back to attend an In-house Training on how to write official letters.  The session was conducted by an officer from the district education department.
Now comes the part I like the most about In-house Training and that is the free meal provided.  Yeh!  Since we had to stay on in school until about 3.00 p.m., funds  for lunch have been provided for the training programme.
The food today suits me just fine as there was no beef or chicken but fish.

Here are pictures of the dishes
Bayam & Ubi Keledek Masak Lemak (Spinach & Sweet Potatoes cooked with Santan)
Ikan Bakar (Barbecued fish)
The barbecued fish without the banana wrap
Besides the ikan bakar, there were the Ulam Raja and Cucumber and sauces
