A DRAGON CARVED FROM FRUIT

We are already into the end of the third lunar month.  In another 9 months, we welcome the Dragon Year.  The Chinese believe that we would have better fortunes when this mystical animal take over from the Rabbit. 
The dragon that you see in the pictures above was the work of Italian fruit carving artist Paolo Pachetti which was exhibited iin Hong Kong on May 11, 2006.
