EATING ULAM TO STAY HEALTHY AND YOUTHFUL

I am a great fan of Ulam-ulaman or raw vegetables.  The first reason is that eating the ulam would be good for my health and the next reason is that the herbs contain lots of antioxidents which help one to look youthful.
I am lucky as there are a variety of herbs that can be eaten as Ulam in the school Herb Garden.  This morning, I plucked the young shoots of the Kuncur, the Assam Gelugor, the Mulberry, the Bebuas, Kaduk, the Fig plants.  I brought them over to the canteen for lunch so that my other colleagues could get to enjoy eating them as well.
