I like the Kei Chi or Chinese Wolfberry drink above. It is really simple to make. Place Kei Chi in a mug and then add boiling water until the brim. Leave it for about 15 minutes or so and it can be drunk. Kei Chi is packed with vitamins. The Chinese say that it is good for the eyesight. My aunt eats the dried Wolfberries like a snack.

Good topic you brought here. It is also quite common to add dried longans into the brew, but that would involve a bit of boiling though, to bring out the flavour and sweetness of the longan.
Yeah! I do add longan as well. No need to boil. It tastes just as great.
