FRIENDLY COOK



I met this extremely friendly and sociable cook at the Pasar Malam on Monday.  What interested me was the way he was cooking the fried rice.  I saw him cooking the sauce first and then emptied the rice from the pot.  Note that the rice still had the shape of the pot.  I wondered if the fried rice would be evenly cooked.
