ARGGGHHH! ACNE

If you look closer at my picture above, you'd be able to see some blemishes.  I seem to be having a problem with acne recently.  Could it be the dirty water flowing from my tap?
Anyway, the man who gave the talk about pink guavas at the plantation said that drinking the juice of this fruit would help get rid of blemishes.  I bought three packets of the pink guava juice from them and hopefully I will be acne free after I finish the three packets.
