USING AROMATHERAPY TO MANAGE ANGER


Aromatherapy is an invaluable instrument that allays all negative, destructive and vicious emotions. The essential oils are a helpful aid to meditation. They help still the mind, soothe frayed nerves and inspire tranquility.

The essential oils that fight anger efficiently are ylang-ylang, lavender, marjoram, frankincense, rose, chamomile and sandalwood. These oils dispel anger, clear the mind, counteract irritation and spread joy.

Besides Feng Shui, one can also try Aromatherapy if you are feeling angry or full of negativity.  If you have a friend who is always in an angry mood or who is angry with you, try giving him or her a set of aromatherapy essential oil.
